Washington Dulles Marriott Suites

Honestly, I'd give this property a 4.5 if possible. The facility was clean and well kept. Staff was polite and responsive. Absolutely loved how the rooms were set up. The bathroom and shower area were large, and the towels were soft. The bed, pillows, and furniture were very comfortable. We were on a high floor and the elevators were quick. Multiple nearby restaurants of every caliber, and very easy off the main roadways. The only negative we acknowledged is that when it is late at night the parking area seemed dimly lit and felt a little sketchy because of poor sightlines to the hotel entrance and some woodland cover due to the trees and bushes and the way the parking lot was built. But we definitely will return to this property.

Top notch all around! Lots of upsides to this hotel option convenient to Dulles but far enough away to not feel like a generic airport hotel. The lobby is updated with some seating, a small canteen and a bar/restaurant. The rooms are truly enormous! There’s a common area with a chaise sofa, a desk, bar, and large TV. The bedroom has its own TV and French doors to create some separation. The bathroom has two spaces: a sink/closet area and a toilet/shower area. The floors are hardwood with area rugs to warm the space. Lots of big windows provide ample natural light. Best of all, staff is welcoming and the room was super duper clean which is impressive considering the size. Everything was good, the room is clean and spacious. The only two lost points were the front desk staff didnt know the swimming pool was under maintenance. (Seems not quite professional) Also, the back door (access the lobby and the lift to the room) wasnt locked nor a security guard, everyone can access to the room floor. It may cause some safety concerns. But only for a flight catcher, this is a great choice. Many restaurants next to the hotel.

Very good and clean hotel. With the accessibility to the restaurant and fast food area. Cons: 1- No fan for the toilet in the room 2- Pillows are uncomfortable 2- One remote control for 2 TVs 3- No Disney or kids channel in TV list 4- Swiming Pool is closed and must go to the Nearby Club which doesn't allow kids under 12

SAFETY CONCERNS. I can't speak to the experiencing staying at this hotel but given the safety concerns in their parking lot and garage, I don't think it matters. I paid to park my car here on two occasions (through Way.com). The first was fine. This time not so much (January 2026). My car was broken into in the parking lot during the snow storm while I was out of the country (hence the need for paid parking). They don't have cameras or security and I guess also don't hear car alarms going off. Another patron apparently had the wheels stolen off their vehicle IN THE GARAGE. So per the hotel manager, had I been instructed to park in the garage vs. on the lot (as I was when I arrived) my car still wouldn't have been protected.
