Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

The hôtel is very clean and comfortable; but they don’t care about request in the booking. I requested in my booking we need 2bathrob, champagne glasses and ice… in the room, but I didin’t get it. I went front desk to claim it 3times and the respond was they don’t have bathrob in this hôtel but I researched on google before booked they say they have. We was there for shooting photo so that bathrob was the reason book is he night , they photographer was there but we didin’t get out pictures for branding posting🥴 I didn’t like that. A part that the breakfast was great. And please for next m care about request Guest made in the booking. Tanks.

One night stay for a delayed flight. Late-night check-in with Monique was less than pleasant. She see seemed to be sick and didn't need to be there. No greeting, no welcome as an honors member, I had to ask for water and she seemed bothered to give it to us. The final pleasure was when she keyed our room cards and coughed directly on them immediately before handing them to us. However, what made me give the high rating was the extremely clean and comfortable room and our experience the next morning. Breakfast was fantastic! Made all the better by the amazing food and beverage manager, Isys! Her bubbly personality, knowledge and charm completely wiped out our bad check-in experience! She's a true rock star in the hospitality business and loves her job! Check out was fast and easy.

I had a good experience. I came here to study and do my yearly planning. Breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant. I have come here in the past because of the swans. Heads up, they are no longer here. A staffer told me they were moved during the pandemic. The hotel is planning a renovation in the future to make it look more like the updated look of the franchise.

Positive: "" Negative: While there was ice available in a bag there was nowhere to put it in the room ie an ice bucket and the ice was only available in the lobby store. It would have been nice to put it on every floorAlso the television reception was very poor all the time

Great stay for my family and I. The front desk manager was amazing. Forgot her name. She was always in a great mood. Remembered us every time she saw us. Made us feel comfortable while we were waiting for our afternoon flight. As a hotel owner and manager myself she made the stay exceptional.
