The Westin Washington Dulles Airport

I had the pleasure of being a guest at this hotel for a few days of corporate training in Herndon. High class marks all around. The room was spacious and comfortable, sparkling clean. The service was top notch. I met Dahab at the bar and had breakfast twice and she was just wonderful and took great care of her guests. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 5 nights for a hockey tournament. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sabrina and Adel waited on us multiple times at the bar and they were beyond nice, accommodating, and made our team trip a truly wonderful experience! The food is very good and the menu diverse especially for a hotel restaurant. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Westin Dulles on January 24 and 25 2026 due to a snowstorm and I feel compelled to write this review to prevent others from having unrealistic expectations based on its four-star rating and Marriott Bonvoy affiliation. Unfortunately my experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The problems began when I attempted to place a food order around . I called the front desk multiple times only to be repeatedly transferred to the restaurant which then redirected me back to the front desk because no one was answering. Eventually the restaurant called me back but the order process was slow, taking 30 minutes for only tiramisu and a bowl of fruit which seemed unreasonable . When I arrived to pick up my order around 8:35 PM it had been left unattended on the reception

As a Titanium member, staying at the Westin Dulles was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in years. To be fair, the facilities are acceptable and about average for its tier. Two ladies I spoke with in the morning were also kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the midnight front desk staff on January 7–8 made the stay extremely unpleasant. I was initially assigned a room with a strong, sweaty odor. I reported the issue immediately after check-in, without using the room, and requested a change. The staff member appeared visibly irritated, did not acknowledge the problem or the inconvenience caused, gave my family uncomfortable looks, and processed the room change in complete silence, without any explanation, apology, or interaction. Ironically, the hotel manager had emailed me before my a
