Perfect! The location and accommodations were as expected from Hyatt Regency. Spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds, linens, & pillows.||However, in the dining room, our order took quite a bit of time, though only one other table was being served. Then we were rushed out because we were told that the staff needed to set up for the following day.||Our rooms did not have a microwave. We were sent to another floor for a community microwave, which had an overflowing, smelly trash can.

Positive: Location, room, amenities. Negative: Microwave is located in vending room with ice machine. It’s always dirty. The hotel now charges for parking. Use to be a nice perk that parking was free. Connecting the cell phone to tv to get premium channels seldom works.

I reserved a room here for 3 nights. Got a great rate. Arrived to find I have to pay an additional $16 a night to park. Never heard of a hotel this far out in the suburbs charging that much to park, but there’s a first time for everything I suppose. The room is great, though I can hear the people in the room next to me speaking clearly. The location is good. This is likely a 5 star review if not for the unexpected $48 parking fee. Enjoy the $48, it got you this review and prevented a return customer.

I reported the theft immediately to your front desk and was told housekeeping had not seen the item. I received no investigation, no follow-up, and no resolution. I was so excited to find this and book a great price for a Saturday night. I should have known. The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. Check in was easy. People in the lobby were dressed nice and politely enjoying each other. I was given an room with an adjoining door (not my party). The other people talked very loudly most of the night, so I had trouble sleeping. I am a very hard sleeper and was exhausted after a long day of travel, so they really had to make an effort at the noise level. They opened and closed their door many, many times so I wondered what they could possibly be doing. At 330 am they slammed the bathroom door so loudly and scared me so bad.
