Rooms are beautiful, comfortable and the couch has a fold out bed. Breakfast is Good! They offer Hot cereal, cold cereal, pancakes, muffins are great! Eggs, pork sausage, Turkey sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, breakfast tocos! Diced potatoes but they usually aren't cooked all the way through. Toast, bagels, biscuits & gravy, French toast, yogurt, coffee ☕️ and juice. No waffle maker, they make small ones in the back. Everyday is different Pet friendly $10 per day Free laundry Smoking area Bon fire area 🔥 with plenty of seating. This place is nice I will definitely be back.

Not at all horrible, but not up to the level of other mid-priced hotels in the Dulles area. The shuttle service was very good, with an option to go to the nearest Metro station, or to the airport. Everything was clean, looked fine and smelled nice. However, it is much more suited to long-term stays. Not at all ADA accessible.||Want your linen changed: do it yourself. Bring it to the office for a new set. Weird breakfast offerings some days, and an extremely cramped toilet: you can’t close the door unless you step into the shower! There’s no indoor or even covered access to the main building. Five separated buildings with open-air stairs and unprotected sidewalks, so if the weather is wet or cold, you’re SOL.||So, never again for us.

Our stay was perfect! I called to make a reservation but it’s just as easy online. Prices fluctuate but we came for our anniversary as a little staycation and found an affordable rate 4 days in advance of when we wanted to stay. Check in was smooth. We requested early check in and late checkout for an additional rate (still very affordable) the nightly fee does include a free breakfast. The rooms were very spacious, ours had a little living area, desk, and full kitchen with the essentials if you decided to cook. The rooms kind of look like apartments that were converted to hotel rooms so they offer good space. Bed was very comfortable. They offer 4 pillows and in the closet was two extra blankets and pillows just in case. Breakfast was pleasant. They do promptly stop breakfast at 10am on w

Price was outstanding for 2 bedrooms and full kitchen. Some units are slightly run down, but it's super close to the airport and the air and space museum. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. The free breakfast was fine. Definitely my family go to when I fly into IAD.

Positive: Location, free breakfast and friendly staff. Negative: The rooms need some work done. Not the best and maybe more cleanliness.
