Vagabond Inn Executive - Sacramento (Old Town)

Location is great for being in Downtown, free parking while your at it! But it all goes down after that. Tv doesn’t work (thats fine no complaints), towel was given dirty with holes and the house cleaners left their dirty towels from when they cleaned🤢, floors dirty, toilet doesn’t flush. THE TOILET DOES NOT FLUSH. My god how could your employees do that. Never again. Spend the extra money and stay at the other neighboring hotels please. This place should not be operating.

My review echos many others. Bad service, felt like I was a burden to them. Requested towels, didn’t get them. One light was not working when we arrived and the other one went out while we were there, called asked them to come fix it, they never came. The only light we had was from the bathroom. Went to the front desk at night to get help with the lighting and towel situation no one was there. Room was filthy, hair everywhere. Fridge froze over all our stuff. Won’t be staying here again.

Good price, rooms could be cleaner though. When we unfolded the bed comforter at night to go to sleep, there were long hairs on the bed sheet. Locstion wise, it's good, close to old Sacramento and a few minutes walk to the state Capitol. It is close to the freeway bridge, but your faintly hear the cars passing ( at least in the room we got). Parking is free, and the staff were courteous.

Took my daughter to old Town for her B.D., our T.V. and any guest we talked to never had a T.V. that worked. Front desk said it was due to wind and rain but as you can see from photo was clear as could be when it did finally work only weather channel came on. Stayed 3 days the worst place I've ever stayed no housekeeping, no fresh towels, no coffee, alarm went off 6:30am and so called continental breakfast was a frozen crescent or chocolate muffin, no butter, but plenty of syrup but No pancakes coffee was not 24/7 as advertised and even when I specified mobility issues room was 2nd floor because elevator never worked either. The issues just went on and on. Do yourself a favor DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
