Customer Reviews
Clean, modern, and comfortable stay|I really enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton. The hotel has a modern, fresh design and everything felt clean and well organized. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff Lisa and Patricia were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. I liked the lobby area—it was bright, fun, and a great place to relax. The location was convenient, and overall it was a great value for the price. I would definitely stay at Tru by Hilton again.
This was my first visit to Phoenix, AZ, and I chose this hotel due to the proximity of things within walking distance. When I arrived, I had numerous questions. I was checked in by Deseree, who was the most helpful of all the staff that I encountered. I was in town for four days and spoke to the front desk every day, asking questions, but they were not as friendly as Deseree.||When I was checking out, the second most helpful person was the A.M. front desk agent, who told me about all of the things within walking distance of the hotel. My only other issue was housekeeping. I didn't get any despite not having my DND sign on my door. I was away for most of the day. ||This location was convenient, offering a variety of food options right behind the hotel and just 20-30 minutes from Scottsdale,
Good room, great location. Service was terrible. 3 people at the front desk- couldn’t greet us while we were standing there waiting. Never told us about the parking fee. They couldn’t have been less enthusiastic to help.
Location isn’t great if you are looking to walk around or attempt to sight see. If you need to be in that area due to proximity to creighton, it’s perfect. It’s definitely a commercial area. Clean and comfortable. Nice rooftop pool. Parking ok, small lot and then ramp. Ice machine didn’t work well on my floor. Breakfast is a good, standard egg options and meat options that rotate daily.
I stayed five nights in late, August. The hotel opened last year, so it still is in very good shape. Staff were very nice and always greeted me. The rooms are small, but that was not a huge surprise as all Tru properties are the same. The fitness room is very good with lots of equipment. It has the standard breakfast for mid price Hilton properties, quite a few options and it was spacious and lots of places to sit and eat or just relax. Location of this property is key, it’s in Park Central, which has tons of restaurants and places to go out at night and is a safe area. Overall, very good.
