Travelodge by Wyndham Sacramento / Rancho Cordova

I was very skeptical according to the reviews. However I was just stopping by to get a quick shower on the road using my Wyndham points. So I didn't plan on staying. To my surprise. I was shocked. I have done pest control for a living and looked in every spot. Nothing. Everything was clean except for a few minor damages to furniture. Places that you would think that wouldn't even be dusted are. Hot water. And a working bathroom fan. Room 126.

You get what you pay for. You can't expect too much more than what you've paid for. But the room I stayed at had a very bad odor when I first opened the room. Receptionist was not professional and patient, she only gave me one key after requesting 3 keys. Other than that everything was fine.

It was horrible, I’m a Wyndham member and employee the guest service clerk sucked no type of customer service skills, room was not anything like the picture it was the smallest ADA room I’ve ever seen a wheelchair couldn’t fit in there, bathroom smelled like cigarettes, the “king size bed” was a twin bed, swimming pool was closed on a 110 degree weather, homeless people walking around property. I wasn’t able to log onto the internet or WiFi my entire stay, it was frustrating! $100 deposit is a joke, I’ve been to better looking hotels where the deposit is $25/$50 I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they are in desperate need

Comfortable, quiet stay at a great rate. Courteous, polite and accommodating front desk and housekeeping staff. Room was refreshing and very clean, including the floor allowing me to walk around barefooted. The bed was very comfortable which equaled a great sleep. Walking distance to eateries, 7-eleven and 24 Hour fitness. Will be back.
