If I could give this place 0 out of 5 stars, I would. We arrived late at night with our two young, exhausted children, only to walk into a room with a foul odor. The floors were sticky, the cabinets had holes and were falling apart, all the lamps and door handles were rusted out, lampshades had holes all through them, the entire room felt dirty and poorly maintained. The blankets were covered in hair, and nothing appeared clean or cared for. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had — worse than any roadside motel I’ve seen. I’m shocked that this is affiliated with Marriott International. We were so uncomfortable that we had to repack everything and drive another 20 minutes to find different accommodations. Beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed. We will
The rooms were very clean and had a bath not just a shower. The kitchen was fully equipped with the clean dishes sealed in the dishwasher. There was a small fee for our two small chihuahuas. I actually selected the hotel based on two criteria. One was the overall cleanliness and the other was the pet friendly charge. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had a late arrival of 11:00 pm but the checkin was quick a easy. All I had to do is show my ID and I received my room key. The breakfast was a Jimmy Dean egg and sausage on roll but there was also dry cereal, fruit, bagels, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, coffee, milk and juice. It was very good considering the hotel had to adhere to the covid rules. Checkout was clean a simple. I rated a nine cause I figure there is always room for impro
1-star — absolutely unacceptable and by far one of the worst Marriott experiences I’ve ever had. This property should not be allowed to operate under the Marriott name. The room was filthy and poorly maintained: visible stains on the ceiling directly over the bed, broken cabinets, dirty blankets, and an overall feeling of neglect and lack of basic cleanliness. It felt more like a rundown roadside motel than a Marriott-branded hotel. We booked this specific room because it clearly listed a full kitchen with an oven under room amenities. Based on that, we arrived with groceries for our stay — only to find there was NO oven at all. False advertising, plain and simple. We were told a manager would call us to address this issue. No one ever did. Zero accountability and zero customer care. To ma
I was in town for a funeral, an unfortunately passing of a dear family member. I stay at Marriott properties 99% of my hotel stays. This was the first time staying at this property July 25, 2025. The staff was not at the front when I initially checked in. I had to wait for the person who was working to show up. Once I checked into my room, on the first floor and begin to settle in my room, I noticed that my TV stopped working. I notified the staff, a young lady, who said that the problem was being worked on. This was early afternoon. I then left the hotel and arrived back later that night. TV service was still not working. I notified the evening staff and was informed that they were aware and could not do anything. I checked out the next morning and informed the staff that my TV ser
Room was advertised as a "studio suite". It was barely the size of a regular hotel room. The king bed was awful. Way too soft and had a huge dip in the middle. My husband and I both barely slept and woke up with horrible back pain. The pull out couch was tiny. My son slept on it and his feet reached over the end and were touching the king bed. In order for me to get up to go to the bathroom , I literally had to crawl across the bed OVER my husband because of the pull out couch being squeezed into a space too small. The desk lamp was broken, the AC hardly works. We had it set to the lowest temp possible (65°) and it took from the time we arrived to the room until we left for it to get from 80° down to 69°. The bathroom cabinets were falling apart. The toilet would start running randomly all
