Comfort Suites Rock Hill Manchester Meadows Area

Great location but upon arrival I found out the pull out sofa didnt have a mattress so I reported it and was told I would either get a mattress delivered or moved to a room that had one but it never happened. I ended up having to sleep on the sofa with collapsing pads which made for a terrible nights sleep. They did bring the mattress up the next day for my second nights stay but the first night was uncomfortable. The workout room was closed as well but thats ok I was able to run outside around the area so no big deal. I usually stay with comfort suites and will continue to do so but I felt this was a necessary issue to report. All other issues have ever had with your hotels have been resolved in a timely manner.

This hotel has gone downhill drastically. It used to be our go to hotel when traveling to Florida every fall. We will not be going there again.|The first suite they put us in: the tv did not have a signal, the wallpaper in the bathroom was held together with a strip of strapping tape. They moved us to another suite which had three pieces of black electrical tape holding the tile molding together in the bathroom and I killed a bug running around in the bathroom!

We could not have asked for a nicer motel. Everything was good. Rooms were clean, shower too. Always like comfort inns and this Comfort Suite was great. Unfortunately we had to leave early am so didn't have the chance for the breakfast. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to food and everything I needed in Rock Hill. The service was just OK. Now let me get to my room. I was in room 217. We booked a room that had a pull out couch because we are a family of 7. We came for a family event, so when we checked in it was more of a drop and go. After returning from our event at 11pm we discovered the pull out couch was broken 😡 and not only that EXTREMELY DIRTY. I even seen a dead bug on the bed. Mind you this is where my kids were supposed to sleep. When I called to the front the man at the front seemed as if he had an attitude with me. Again, it’s almost midnight at this point because my husband and I tried to fix this broken couch. Because the hotel was sold out we had no choice but to stay. They ended up bringin

When we checked in, the front desk person was very nice. We we go to the room, the first thing that greeted us was a big stain on the carpet. The room itself was ok. When we went to use the bathroom, there was no amenities in the room. I had to go to the front desk and they gave me everything I needed. The next morning I take a shower. After I get out and am drying myself off, there was a huge water bug in the shower. Good thing I found it before my wife did. I did report it and the stain to the front desk. All I got was”I am so sorry.” I will not be staying there again
