Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Rock Hill

First the staff are friendly and the location is great. Upon arrival our room smelled soured. I let staff know the following morning but we were gone all day only to return to a smelly room again. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have another room to accommodate us. The lady at the desk was super nice and provided us a spray better of air freshener. This helped but the room never smelled right. I got the sense this was not an uncommon event. I also believe the hotel is understaffed. I had to ask for towels multiple times and our room was never cleaned. As someone who is loyal to Marriott this stay was not up to par. I have submitted a case with Marriott regarding the smelly room. To be fair, if our room smelled fine, the hotel would be fine for a night to two. It’s not outstanding but ade

Stayed overnight on way to Florida from Buffalo. We travel frequently and usually stay at a Marriott brand. This was best of them all. Very clean, comfortable bed,good variety at breakfast. Jacob, the reception clerk warmly greeted us on way in. I reserved a handicap room which truly was for handicap. It was close to elevator with many helpful bars on toilet and bed. We will always stay here when in South Carolina. I highly recommend this hotel.

First and foremost, big THANK YOU to CC and the house keeping staff! We left a necklace behind and they were kind enough to search our room for it and found it ! It was awesome to see that honesty and integrity still exists. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. The beds, however, were and bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Would recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Good location, easy off/on I-77 but buffered from freeway noise. Close to restaurants and shopping.||Joshua at front desk was excellent, recognized our elite status and insured we had a quiet room. The bed was comfortable.||The property seems new, is very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was top notch. ||This is an excellent property, cut above in the Fairfield brand.||

The service we received from Fairfield Inn in Rock Hill, SC was excellent. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. I could not ask for better service. Our room was just large enough to accommodate all our “stuff” we had for our son’s wedding rehearsal party. Our room was very clean. The towels were thick and soft. This is not always the case at a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and had wonderful pillows. Over all we had a great experience.
