I stayed here on halloween. I had to wait an extra half hour because my room wasn't ready. This was a few hours after check in time. The wait was totally worth it. In an era where hotel service has totally gone downhill, the people running this hotel take cleanliness seriously. Not only did the cleanliness surpass my expectations, but it was quiet, and had really good breakfast options. The breakfast area is large enough to have space to sit and not be bothered. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice exit off I-77. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. There was an evening reception and happy hour when we arrived with your Choice of refreshments and loaded fries with chicken and various toppings including spicy queso that was delicious. There were Several choices of beer and Cupcake branded wine. ||There is an elevator out which did cause a line when people were checking into the hotel and headed to their rooms.

A Wonderful Stay at an IHG Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at an IHG hotel, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The lobby was welcoming and stylish, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including a super comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning. I especially loved the attention to detail, with thoughtful touches like quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. One of my favorite hotels in the country. Love the quaint small town feel. I hope by saying this it doesn't get the town busier😉 My wife and I travel a lot, and every time we stay here we are always impressed with staff, room, cleanliness, and price! This was a first for me... made a reservation over a month in advance and 2 days before our arrival date got a cancellation notice. I immediately called the hotel to find out what happened. The GM Wendy explained that the company that blocks rooms for the volleyball tournament didn't show us in her system so to just cancel the room! This happened to another team members family as well. I told her I personally called the hotel and made the reservation using the team discount code and gave my credit card and got the confirmation email a month ago and even received the looking forward to your visit email the day before.
