Comfort Inn & Suites

We stopped here around 1 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 21 after quickly leaving another hotel down the road due to a terrible experience. The young man working the front desk was incredibly kind, understanding, and exactly the type of employee you hope to encounter after traveling such a long distance. He made great conversation, connected with us on a personal level, and truly turned our entire day around after more than 15 hours on the road. Breakfast the next morning was decent. It was a bit picked over, but considering all of the standard queen rooms were booked that night, it’s understandable that it was busy. We still had plenty to eat before getting back on the road, and most importantly—we got a very restful sleep. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we ended up with a suite

Honestly not bad rooms to stay in for a fair price after staying here twice! Loved the cleanliness and modern nature compared to the dump by Carowinds. And the location is quite convenient when needing to jump on I-77. The first room on the second floor I had on my prior stay was definitely better than the second as a dog who had stayed there before did obvious damage to the remote and the bathroom door. Other than that everything was pretty decent for a Comfort Inn and to travel to.

Clean hotel with spacious rooms. Bathroom was spotless with a good size tub. There could have been more breakfast options and an attendant to maintain the area. Eggs were gone and they were out of several other things. Good location and close to many fast food and sit down restaurants. Overall a good stay and will be back if in the area.

Arrived around 6:30 pm and my room and cards were ready, went up to our room and ordered local food. Room was clean. The tub needs a grab bar inside the tub area. I thought I picked an accessible with a walk in show but must have made a mistake. I had to have my wife help me get my leg over the tub and a grab bar would have helped, there is one at the entrance of the tub which is Okay, but. We stayed in a couple other brands on this trip but found this one the best.

I've been an annual guest at this hotel for three years and from day one, have had no regrets. Very comfortable, secure, clean rooms; excellent staff and a most convenient location. If you're looking for a hotel to stay at regularly when coming to Rock Hill to visit family like I do, the Comfort Inn and Suites located at 973 Corporate Boulevard is the place to choose. The rates are high, but certainly well worth it. Come check in. You will be warmly welcomed and serviced.
