TownePlace Suites by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley

I’ve been staying at this hotel for several months, and it has been an excellent long-term experience. The hotel offers all the amenities needed for an extended stay, and the maintenance team is impressively fast and responsive whenever something comes up. Breakfast has plenty of good options. The manager Chris is especially outstanding, very considerate, attentive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. The entire staff is warm, professional, and consistently helpful. This place truly feels like a home and I highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The hotel was recently renovated. The room was comfortable and well-supplied. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is good, more varied than many hotels, and includes hot items. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

If you have a big family and need a suite-style room to accommodate, or just prefer the 2-bedrooms, this is a fantastic option. As we all know these reviews can be such a mixed bag so we weren't sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised and would likely stay here again. From check-in and through our stay, the staff were wonderful and warm. The suites were sleek and modern, and the full kitchen is really a game changer when traveling with kids. Spaces, beds, linens were all very clean and crisp (except for the couch mention below). Breakfast was nice with plenty of options from hot eggs/bacon/soufflé cups, to traditional pastries, cereal, juice, yogurt, etc, we all found something. The hotel asked for deposit USD 100 using my credit card and didn’t cancel my deposit when I checked out so I have to pay extra USD 100 please help me to check this case.

Nice facility and a comfortable bed. It features a big TV, iron, and air conditioning. Literally, you can find anything needed in the kitchen: a vent fan, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction cooker, oven, kitchenware, and cutlery. The staff are very helpful and proactive. The lady from the front desk helped me with the air con immediately upon request. Also, Jimmy makes some good, piping-hot breakfast and greets everyone every day. Location-wise, it's within walking distance to Trader Joe's and a wet market in the car park. Besides, it’s just next door to the Great Mall, which is a great place for apparel shopping and to grab some fast food.
