Courtyard by Marriott Milpitas Silicon Valley

This is an excellent place to stay if you’re in the area for work. The location is fantastic. It’s close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, as well as public transit, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable and functional stay. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my visit. However, this review is especially for the housekeeping/cleaning team. They did a truly phenomenal job. Not only was the hotel impeccably clean each day, but their kindness and professionalism really stood out. We had a fantastic stay here mainly due to reception desk staff, in particular, George and Kristine. All of the reception desk staff were so helpful. We did have a couple of issues, the toilet flooded and the employee who came to fix it asked us to clean the floor ourselves. George was incredibly helpful and changed our room. We would come and stay again only because of Kristine, George and reception desk team.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and will definitely consider this place again. The rooms are clean and the AC and showers worked great. Lots of parking at the hotel, it is also next to the Great Mall so it's also convenient for shopping. The staff were very nice and kind, especially Rosie who was fantastic! The main downside is that it's a courtyard, so benefits for members are slightly weaker.

Stayed out here with my partner for two days for a hockey game at the SAP center ! It was only 15 minutes for us to get there and downtown :) We personally found it very comfortable, not to mention our check in was very smooth, no issues whatsoever. Front desk was super kind and funny, we enjoyed talking to him ! The mall is just down the road if you want to swing by, most places are a small drive or walking distance ! Would come back in the future :)
