The rooms are quiet and have good AC/Heat. This hotel is definitely worth the money because there is a full breakfast and dinner service. The staff are very kind and helpful. There is plenty of parking and outlets in room.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their exceptional attention and friendliness. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The bed was extremely cozy, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every night. Additionally, the room's facilities were in perfect condition and well-maintained. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality lodging experience. I will definitely return on my next visit to the city.

This hotel looks pretty nice from outside. However, the inside is very old. 1st of all, they don't have USB charger at all. 2nd, two lights are broken/don't work. 3rd, the hair dryer was broken. The room I got has a full kitchen but it doesn't have a table for eating. It made my stay very inconvenient. My original plan was to grab the breakfast at the dinning area and bring it back to eat with my honey sweetheart in my room. Now, I had to either eating at the breakfast area and fight with other people for space or eat in the kitchen area of my room while standing there. It's kind of disappointed that I didn't get upgrade as a Platinum Elite member of IHG. I felt I got downgraded!!!! If I travel in this area again, I might not consider to stay at this hotel again.

Very cozy, suited for long stays. Provides breakfast and light dinner on weekdays. The staff are really kind and helpful. But too bad the TV doesn’t have Netflix built in. Very close to KLA is also a plus.
