I'll just present my unbiased observations (stayed in feb). Cons: - Old building - wifi not included (booked with 3rd party) - No room temp control. Needed to request a heater and blankets - lobby was cold. People had to wear coats in the lobby because management wouldnt turn on the heat until temps dipped to a certain point - showers were only barely luke warm at night - our street facing room was noisy at night. Maybe other rooms that arent street facing arent as bad - water preasure fluctuates noticeably - floors had some stains. - fitted sheets were not fitting the mattress. Kept peeling up. - in-hotel convenience store was exbortantly priced. I get charging an premium but charging 6 bucks for a red bull is unacceptable. - frequent maintenence issues. Standard room is decent size with a living room and a separate bedroom. I did notice some stains on the furniture and countertop. The bathroom smelled like raw garlic. Water pressure is a bit lacking. Conditioner was out and the body wash was had like 2 pumps left. However, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. A few hot items and some typical continental items. The cooked to order omelet station was great.

Positive: The breakfast?s were very good with great selection of items. The staff was very nice. Happy hour provided by the hotel keeps being shortened & limited as to what you can order from a yr ago. Negative: Yes, Trying to set the temperature in the room was horrible. We had 4 adults in our room but there was only 2 glasses & 2 coffee cups. And the toilet dripped all nite.

Great staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Great location immediately off 680. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Nice breakfast with cook to order eggs if you have diamond rating (I think?). The inside pool was very soothing and well heated. The only drawback was room water temp. Pool was warmer than shower. That said I would definitely return.

I have stayed at this property in 2024 and 2025 and always had a positive experience — clean rooms, friendly staff, and consistent service. That is exactly why I returned again this year. However, my stay on February 13, 2026 was completely unacceptable. When I entered my room, the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned. There were visible remnants of the previous guest’s waste still in the toilet. This is not a minor oversight — this is a serious hygiene failure. It was shocking, unsanitary, and frankly revolting. No guest should ever walk into a hotel room in that condition. To make matters worse, I was told complimentary bottled water would not be provided because my reservation was made through a third-party platform.
