The Manager, Ms. Rodriguez is an assistant to this hotel! She is very customer service minded and extremely helpful. Ms. Rodriguez is very welcoming. She truly wants you to have the best stay possible. I choose this hotel over other hotels due to her superb customer. My check in/check outs are smooth and fast. My company has unique procedures and she is very helpful in making sure that I get what I need to make the whole travel process pain free. I appreciate that a lot.

Positive: Everything was excellent….from the room design to the great bed, bathroom fixtures…all of it! It had the feel of a much more expensive hotel. Negative: Free breakfast would be nice!

Clean, quiet, and well-appointed room. Was upgraded to a suite and it was really comfortable. Further, the service in the restaurant downstairs was excellent, and the food was really good. I was only there for a brief overnight before flying out, but I will certainly book again. Was very convenient to SJ airport.

Just got back from a quick trip and stayed at the Sonesta in Milpitas. It’s really well-located – super easy to get to the highway. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely for a quick dip. Parking was a bit of a wait during rush hour, but otherwise a really pleasant stay. They could maybe offer a slightly larger breakfast portion for the price, but overall, a solid choice!

Arrived early after a flight from New Jersey.. Susan really saved the day. I was exhausted and still had reports to file. Thank you so much for all your help. We usually stay at other hotels in the area for work. This time our company found a gem.. the room very roomy and quiet. So pleasant after a really long day. Thank you - we will be back.
