Holiday Inn & Suites Silicon Valley - Milpitas by IHG

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Milpitas. The service was consistently good, and the staff really stood out—they were friendly, attentive, and made the stay feel comfortable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. Another big plus is the location. It’s very accessible and conveniently close to nearby cities, making it a perfect base whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. Overall, a fantastic crew, nice rooms, and a smooth experience. Highly recommended.

Not quite sure how to start. From Entry to Exit I suppose. For the location, outside was clean yet small. Entering the lobby, it was a nice setting open layout could see just about everything. Didn’t get my waters right away when checking in. Did finally receive the after coming back down for shaving cream and razor watching another tenant get their water at check in. We didn’t have enough towels when we first got in and our hand lotion was out. Later in the evening the younger ladies that were working were pretty persistent on asking if I would like liquor, repeatedly I explained I do not drink. The food my wife and I ordered was not up to par for the prices they were charging. My steak was over cooked my vegetables under cooked and just flavorless food overall. My wife’s food was not tha

This was my first time visiting this hotel... It was overall a decent experience aside from a few minor things. First, at check-in the lady at the front did not greet us and it took awhile for her to actually pull up our reservation... I'm not sure why. When we got up to the room, we noticed there was no electricity so we almost went down to the front until I saw you had to put your key in a slot in order to activate electricity. I wish front desk staff would have notified us of that. We had limited towels... 2 bath which were fine but only one washcloth and one hand towel. I felt there could have been more! When we moved the table that sits in front of the couch, we found a black sock from someone who maybe stayed previously and our suite bag had everything but a comforter... the pillow c

Lost for words in my opinion just came here for meps but if I could stay a whole week I most definitely would 😭 any longer and id want to live here but yea just my opinion its really outstanding the service is another outstanding thing and the rooms outstanding too location AGAIN in my opinion is beautiful too. By the way this is my first time being in a hotel. Everything in my opinion is just outstanding.

The rooms were great but when they say your check in is 3 they will hold you to 3 or after. The breakfast buffet is $24.06. The absolute worst breakfast I've ever paid for. The scrambled eggs were ok. No bacon. The sausage didn't smell right. The cereal was good. For almost $25 I expected really good. The staff after the initial check in is more interested in their phones than making sure you are ok. I will never stay at this place again.
