Honestly, I had a really good stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and smelled fresh when I walked in, which is always the first thing I notice. The bed was cozy and everything felt well taken care of. The breakfast in the morning was my favorite part. The Continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, bagels, waffles, muffins cereal, breakfast sandwiches, granola and more, so it was very nice having real options and not just snacks. Super convenient to sit down eat and enjoy a real breakfast before going to work. They also have a snack concession stand and cookies everyday at 7:00pm! Get them while they are hot! One of the best people here is Mrs. Elizabeth. She really made the experience better. She was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, not just doing her job but actually

Elizabeth and Hunter are OUTSTANDING!! Elizabeth always greets me with her radiant smile and goes far above and beyond to ensure I’m having a peaceful and comfortable stay. As a 3-year Marriott Ambassador member, I’ve stayed at many places, and having exceptional team members truly makes all the difference. At night, Hunter provides first-class service as well. His friendliness and professionalism are greatly appreciated. The hotel (like us) is currently being renovated, and I understand how challenging construction projects can be. Despite that, we have been happy with how we’ve been treated here by Elizabeth, Hunter, and Earl! THANK YOU for such a wonderful experience!

Positive: Hotel employee was very friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. Negative: One thing I did not like about the hotel was the manager. He did not extend my stay and didn’t explain why I think it was because he was stereotyping me and my son so if you have kids, I don’t recommend this hotel.

My stay was excellent. Mrs. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and kind throughout my entire visit. She always made sure I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to assist me. Her warm attitude and professionalism made my stay more comfortable. I truly appreciate her service and will definitely return.

I've never seen a hotel that has so much dog crap everywhere you walk there's no bags in any of the pet waste containers they're all overflowing and they have no bags so that's why people do not pick it up. When to turn the oven on in the top of the oven fell off onto the floor behind the oven
