DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC North/Gaithersburg

My Go-To Hotel for Business Trips. Its Comfortable, Convenient, and Consistent. I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I’m in town for business. The rooms and common areas are consistently very clean, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Breakfast is — fresh, well-organized, and with a good variety to start the day right. Big shout out to Carlota always greeting me at breakfast and doing such a fantastic job! She is a gem and truly amazin. Most importantly, the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which really makes a difference for frequent travelers. A reliable and welcoming place that I’m happy to return to every time

Positive: Location, free parking, price Negative: Nothing to complain about. Just the room coffee machine and light switch control could have been better (have to individually turn on or off 4 lamps- 7 switch) for a description of 4 star hotel. No complain. The bathroom light could have been brighter.

Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. She truly made our dining experience enjoyable. Food was amazing

Very good hotel with everything one needs. ||Nice and spacious Gym. ||Pretty good overall vibe. ||Special Mention to Carlota - who is a great help in the morning buffet breakfast. A Very kind lady who helps getting anything you need. ||Tiny Update - They have removed complimentary Coffee from their Lobby for someone to sit and work with coffee by their side. :-)

Wish I was able to leave a review, but had some sort of mix up with reserving my room. It was a week off. Didn’t even get a notification that my room was ready, digital key was ready, etc. All I received was my statement saying thanks for my stay today. Understand this was probably a mix up, but wasn’t offered any remedy. Even as a gold member, I had no option for rebooking or refunding my obviously unused hotel room. Even a discount on another stay would’ve probably made the issue better. Expect more from the brand than this.
