Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Gaithersburg - South

Natasha have the worst disposition extremely unpleasant, unwanted and unprofessional. FYI don't stay here they don't clean the rooms. Out dated oven/microwave you have to open the oven with a dish cloth, the cooking burners dont work this is not safe. They have roaches 🐜 mice ants everywhere in the chairs, mold. The toilet seat is disgusting, you would not want to sit on it. SMDH The TUB have a Brown ring in the back of the TUB........burn marks on the Tub and bathroom floor. Let me not get on the people that stay here?????????? Also big dog poop 💩 every where. It stink in hallways and room. This place need to be close. I see they make FAKE profiles to give them a good review. I also took pictures 📸 of everything and I have a video 📹. New management need to get rid of the whole staff her

This Extended Stay America is the best one I have stayed at. The rooms are always clean and very spacious. Location is great! The staff are friendly and helpful. Natasha the Hotel Manager is Fabulous. Her customer service is the best I have ever seen. She has a great business mind and that makes a difference in a Manager to know how to make the Hotel run smoothly and she certainly does that very well. The Company is very fortunate to have her Managing this property. First class all the way and highly recommended!

Worst experience ever! Got to room and smelled like smoke and was very dirty. Bed did not have a skirt. Just metal frame. Very dirty. We got to our room then couldn't stay because of smell. Left and checked out within minutes and was told I would get a full refund. It has been a week and still fighting for a full refund. I don't think I will ever stay at an Extended Stay ever. Very poor customer service from Guest Relations down to the Hotel.

Positive: "" Negative: There wasn't an ice machine. It was a room set up for someone to "live" there. Not just a couple of days or 1 night. Area outside was not nice. Lots of garbage around (the stairs going down to the 7 11). We had to go get ice. No nearby restaurants

Natasha at the front desk was more than amazing. ..first she helped a food delivery driver find the right drop off where it involved her calling the persons cell phone who could have made the order from her property then calling the second property to find the recipient of the food ..she did more then she was required or responsible for to make sure the patron and delivery person got the help they needed . She also made sure that I received an updated room since it was available .her knowledge of the guest and inventory makes her a irreplaceable employee
