Extended Stay America Suites- Washington D.C. - Gaithersburg - North

We had a wonderful stay in the studio room as a family. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our family stay. Everything was well maintained and of great quality, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The customer service was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the receptionist, Mr. Ishan, who provided truly wonderful service. He was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. His hospitality made us feel valued and at home. We highly appreciate the quality of service and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The property here was so well maintained. Clean from the top to bottom absolutely great. The front desk employee Bri was so helpful in many ways possible . Other works need to work as hard as her just saying especially Kush sorry to say but get rid of him . Hawa is the best and she loves Bri working right by her side

Positive: Great price, quiet location. Room was very clean, halls and grounds were fairly tidy also. I liked the windows actually open a bit. Negative: Unpleasant surprise charges for each dog for each night not listed on website, when reservation confirmed, or when I contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation with two dogs. Front desk clerk worked out a mutually agreeable solution, to his credit.

I highly recommend this Extended Stay location! We have really enjoyed our visit because of the very helpful front desk staff, the housekeeping staff who keep everything so fresh and clean, and the engineer who quickly resolves any issues. We are glad to have chosen this location.

My managers Miss Hawa and Ms. Brianna these two are the back bone of communication that we love, we have been here for a little over 2 year we have seen other managers thats no longer here. They are the ones we thought of because they alway address all our concerns and came up with a positive solution. We appreciate good management and a good management team need to be highlighted. Thank you Miss Haha and Ms. Brianna for a great experience.
