Customer Reviews
From check in to my bedding and room it was top notch! Justin the front desk manager MADE my stay! He could not have been more helpful, accommodating and kind and found a way to make me happy and comfortable! I got exactly what I asked for when I asked for a quiet room. I never sleep well at hotels but I did here! The views from the 18th floor were OUTSTANDING and the bedding was SO unbelievably comfortable! The club level was worth it in my opinion and the staff in the club breakfast were great as well! The cooler full of waters and pop was perfect. The only thing they were missing was a Starbucks in the hotel. They DID have Starbucks coffee at the club level though. I visited my friends hotel comparable price wise and Westin is way better. I would 100% stay here again! The gym even had P
Positive: A beautiful hotel, great location, and more. My expectations were immediately answered when I approached the front desk clerk, I had a couple of requests, high floor, direction room faced, the usual. Hotel employee response was, "We can do that!" Thanks! Negative: ""
If you are deciding between this place and the Hyatt - STAY AT THE WESTIN! Quality-wise they are worlds apart. The Hyatt isn't terrible, but the Westin is orders of magnitude better. The beds and bedding are as comfy as can be. Bathrooms are nice, and water pressure is there (very important)! The restaurant is yummy and staff are polite and helpful. Only thing to be careful about is the revolving door at the entrance, it's very small so you can get caught in it and very large luggage might not fit. Stayed here for 2 nights and was very satisfied. Thanks and keep up the good work!
I stayed here during a trip west, and the experience was impeccable. I was able to check in a little bit early, and was provided with a room on a high floor and a nice view of the city. Service from the friendly staff was always helpful, and made me wish I had time to stay an additional night. My bed was comfortable and enabled a good night of rest. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Checked in on Monday, November 24th. I was upgraded to a king suite on the 15th floor — a corner room with amazing views. The bed was incredible, and the gym is the best I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. The staff is outstanding. Shout-out to Justin for upgrading me upon arrival. The valets are friendly and prompt. This stay has been a great reminder of why I’m loyal to Marriott. Fantastic experience — I’d love to return.
