You cannot go wrong with this place - they are always improving on what was already a great hotel. And their food is stellar. I would not hesitate to bring clients or guests here. It showcases the best of what the Triangle has to offer.

So glad to have stumbled upon this gem of a hotel during our first visit to Chapel Hill! According to my girlfriend who was born and raised in Raleigh, this hotel has been around for a long time, with an outstanding reputation for its fine dining restaurant on site. While we didn't have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, we loved the beautiful room we booked, how soundly we slept, and the fun special amenities like a welcome glass of Prosecco or water, freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, AND--the free hotel shuttle service that takes you to and from within a 5 mile vicinity of the hotel. ||Huge shout-out to the two shuttle drivers I interacted with during the day--Shamael and the evening--Beau. My husband and I needed a quick getaway and decided to try the Siena Hotel in Chapel Hill. We are so glad we did! From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the beauty of the hotel. We were offered sparkling wine and homemade Lemon Ricotta cookies. Our room had been upgraded to a suite, which was clean, spacious and gorgeous! The icing on the cake is the fact that the restaurant, Il Palio, is phenomenal! We did the Chef’s Tasting Menu with the wine paring. One of the best meals we’ve ever had and a fun experience! This will definitely be our new “go to” for a sweet getaway!

We came to the Siena hotel for our anniversary. The service was excellent, and the room was very nice and clean enough. I found some very long black hairs in the bathroom on my towels, but that happens with long hair, it’s hard to get off of everything. The one thing I didn’t care for was that you have to pay for breakfast when I feel at $300 a night, there should be a nice complementary breakfast. But the bar was amazing and the staff was very knowledgeable. The restaurant was superb and the people working there were wonderful. The hotel is located right down the street from UNC, which was perfect for us.

It is currently closed for renovations but we had our wedding here and it was fantastic. The staff were SO accommodating and friendly, everything came together and we are so happy we chose The Sienna.
