The Rosalie

I'm an RN who has stayed at The Rosalie several times now in November and December 2022. I am only providing one star for the following reasons: during 2 of my stays the TV in the living room was not in working order and there was no regular coffee (this occurred twice and still was not corrected even after it was promised that it would be after the first occurence), several encounters with loud banging/vibrating on the adjacent wall which kept me awake and was ignored by the owner, and lastly - due to a family emergency I had to cancel a future reservation (this was done providing 6 days of notice via text and a follow-up email) and I still have not been credited for this cancellation! I recently stayed at The Rosalie, Suite 4 & it was perfect for my needs. It has a full kitchen stocked with the essentials, including a Keurig with coffees and teas, my favorite! The bed/pillows are super comfortable. The whole suite was beautifully done and Luciano was very responsive. I look forward to staying here in the future when I visit my daughter.

“Let’s start with the good. The place was close to the highway which made it extremely easy to get around to other places. The WiFi was also as advertised. Now the bad. They supplied almost nothing to cook with. It’s almost like it was expected that we eat out every night. They presented us with a decent kitchen, but nothing to use in it outside of cups and cutlery. We were given a half roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper, and lots of sugar and decaf for the coffee, but no actual coffee. By our 4th day there we had to supply our own toilet paper and used a spare towel to clean our dishes. If you’re looking to stay for a single night, this might be the place for you. Would not recommend for prolonged stays.”
