Overall, the hotel is pleasant, and I am staying in a very nice room. I’m happy with both the room itself and the staff — no complaints at all in that regard. However, when something breaks, unfortunately it takes a very long time to be repaired. For example, none of the washing machines or dryers have been working for about a month and a half. If you are staying at the hotel long-term, this becomes an impossible inconvenience. The suggested alternative — walking 20 minutes or driving 4 minutes to another hotel to do laundry — is not a good solution. If this had been an issue for just a week, it would be understandable. But a month and a half with no working washers or dryers is simply too much. Having only one elevator working is something you can tolerate, though it is not very conveni

The hotel room needed updates but it was very clean. Water pressure was great for showers and lots of outlets for business travelers. Front desk staff was nice. Parking was convenient and it is right next to the light rail for carless travel. in a quaint part of town. Breakfast was adequate and had some variety. My only complaint was room cleaning or lack thereof. I was only there for a week but saw many rooms leaving trash bags out in the hall. I had requested cleaning twice for the room but it never happened. I would have been fine with that if I was told ahead of time of the cleaning schedule and if they left bags in the room in the trash cans (being from Vegas, that's what they do in our hotel rooms) So I could change the trash as needed. Positive: This is a very nice Hotel and I really enjoy staying here. Teresa is the only person on the entire staff that I have a problem with. Negative: The assistant general manager. She is extremely difficult to communicate with. I never get hassle free good customer service from her. The rest of the staff is very nice.

We are currently staying at this hotel for an extended period of time, so we can provide a detailed review based on our ongoing experience. On the positive side, the location is very good. The hotel is conveniently situated close to cafés, restaurants, walking areas, and especially the hospital, which is very important for us. The staff are friendly and polite. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The rooms are quite outdated. That would not be such a big issue if they were cleaned more thoroughly. There is a lot of dust around the air conditioner, and the curtains are very dirty. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I stayed at this location from March 6-8 2026 check in time is at 3 instead of 4 like most hotels I was pleasantly surprised by that I didn’t mind the hour difference but that was a nice touch (seemingly) well I have the app you can do a pre check in I did that at 2:58pm it said I couldn’t check in til 3:45 no worries right because normally you can’t check in til 4 as previously stated ok moving along 4:25 rolls around and when I checked in at 2:58 it said check in was 3:45 they would let me know when my room was ready so it’s 4:25 no notification I use the chat function in the app they say my apologies your room is ready but you can not use a mobile key so I assume that is the reason I was never notified via the app ok still not a problem I get checked in front desk staff very cool friend
