The Prussia Hotel

When we got to hotel, the systems were down. Instead swiping our card, we had to fill out paper forms. Somehow, our credit card was charged twice for the stay. And they could not fix it because... systems were down. The manager was unavailable. We were told the manager would be in at 9am to speak with us. 9am - NO MANAGER, 10am - NO MANAGER, 12pm - NO MANAGER. Gentlemen at front desk kept telling us that the manager called and said she was on the way and finally said, he didn't know what was going on, she called almost 2 hours ago and said she was on the way. When we checked in, the young lady told us breakfast was on the second floor from 6:30am - 9am. When we went to 2nd floor-- no breakfast. We checked with front desk and the gentlemen said, "I do not know why they told you that, we

Great stay. Our room was not ready, but we found a place for dinner. The hotel is a stone's throw from the mall. Upon check-out, we discovered that my friend's and my credit cards had been applied to the wrong rooms, but the front desk clerk quickly resolved the issue in the morning.

Positive: The front desk customer service was superb. The hotel was clean and new. Negative: The body soap was only a small bottle that only one person could use and get maybe 3 squirts out of it. Front desk gave me some mini blocks of soap. No patio to sit outside or no benches outside on a beautiful day, that was an inconvenience.

The staff were all very friendly. The room was comfortable. There was sound that sometimes came through but nothing that disturbed our sleep. There was a mini fridge in the room and it was much nicer/roomier than most. Good water pressure.

Very good experince. The place is very clean and quiet. Hotel gym was very good. Rooms were very large and spacious. Breakfast wasn’t the best but it seems they were working on this so I won’t doc a point.
