Hyatt House Philadelphia/King of Prussia

The hotel was immaculate.Our check in experience was absolutely incredible. We were greeted with very a very upbeats reception. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which gave us an exceptional amount of room. The rooms and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The shower was possibly the best shower I ever experienced in a hotel. The on the shower wall amenities were perfect. Even the bath towels were thick and soft.||The breakfast had a very nice variety, dry cereal, grits, eggs, sausage, fruit salad and much more. The coffee was actually good!||Totally recommend this hotel.

Positive: It was super clean, and has a nice vibe. The breakfast was good Negative: He called. I had to make sure the pool and hot tub would be working and open and when we got there, it was closed. The staff at the front desk was very dismissive about it

Great experience! Check in and check out were smooth and easy. Hotel room was very nice. The bathroom was big, kitchenette had everything I needed, closet was big and had plenty of hangers, and the room overall was pretty clean. We ate the hotel bar for dinner and the food was pretty good. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast - good food but nothing too special. They have a nice, big dining area. Parking is pretty good as well.

We have a kid in college near Philly and have visited the area 7 or 8 times in the last year. We have stayed at 5 different hotels and this hotel is now our go-to #1 choice. Reliably clean, good value, comfortable spacious rooms, a decent included breakfast, and pool and hot tub for the win. Only drawback is that it’s not super convenient to the trains, but it’s still our top choice. Shout out to Chinerra (I may have spelled that wrong, I’m sorry) for graciously helping me with a late check-out on 3/1.

We’ve stayed at the Hyatt House three times over the past couple of years, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The front desk staff are always helpful, friendly, and welcoming, which makes check-in and check-out a breeze. The H Bar is another highlight—great food and an inviting atmosphere. A special shout-out to Vannicha, the bartender, who is incredibly attentive, warm, and truly makes you feel at home. Breakfasts are also very good, with plenty of options, and the dining area is always spotless thanks to the staff who constantly keep it clean and refreshed. Overall, my husband and I always enjoy our stay here. The consistent service and comfort make Hyatt House one of our favorite places to stay. Highly recommended!
