The first week I stayed here I had trouble getting in due to reservation troubles. Monica did absolutely wonderful job! Getting everything squared away and getting me into a room. Couldn't have asked for a better service at the front desk second week went great. No troubles. She remembered me by name and made me feel like a person, not just another guest. I absolutely loved it. Rooms were very clean. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very delicious. And Very clean plenty of parking in the parking lot which is a very big plus for traveling for work for me. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody

While visiting Philadelphia and the area, we stayed at this hotel in suburban King of Prussia for three nights. We chose it for the free on-site parking and its location right off the interstate, knowing that we would be driving to the city as well as to Chadd's Ford and nearby Wilmington before heading further north on our trip. Our check-in was easy. The front desk staff were helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower was easy to use, and extra towels provided. The complimentary breakfast was another draw, and once we had our first breakfast there (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, and more), we chose to take advantage the next two mornings, saving time and money looking for nice places to have breakfast. The staff at the front desk during the check-in & check-out were very nice and friendly. However, the breakfast selection was not that great. The pancake machine wasn’t working and there was no sign or urgency to fix it. The kitchen staff weren't friendly at all. The bathroom had little black ants in there. I didn’t feel comfortable even washing my grandsons in there bathroom. There was not enough seating for us to sit in the breakfast area as well because there were a lot of people sitting there to go to an event. Also, there was no one cleaning the tables off either.

Hotel was a bit tricky to figure out how to get into without GPS, especially at night. The room was not quiet at all as I heard all the traffic from 202 all night. The elevators were very old and ran kind of rough. We lost power during the night. When I went to checkout in the morning I had to use the emergency exit stairs, and there was ZERO lighting in the stairwell. Overheard the front desk person lie to somebody on the phone saying the power was only out for like 30 minutes. I know for a fact it was off from at least 7am when i woke up to 9am. I mentioned the lack of lighting and same desk worker came up with a few excuses. "Manager just turned them off." "Power is back on so the emergency lights wouldnt be on." The room was ok at best. Tiny rooms, no outlets for plugs unless u want to crawl behind the TV or a desk that already has 4 things plugged in. All the USB port were broke. The heat and AC unit is so close to the beds you either freeze or fry from heat. It's reasonably clean but the soap dispenser in the shower was crusty. Fresh brewed coffee and breakfast was nice.
