Sheraton Valley Forge King of Prussia

What a HUGE disappointment out of this property. Property is under some remodel work so I won't take any of that into consideration I will keep to facts. Arrived Fri 2/13 and outside temps were in low 30's, almost slipped in parking lot carry our bags on ice so property maintenance lacks. Once inside the hotel did look impressive and clean, however that's where the positive stops. Assigned room 580, checked into room and it was so cold, interior temp was 56 and we turned thermostat to 73 and gave it an hour but it never warmed up. 10pm head to front desk where I get a key for 578, same issue, not heat so back to front desk. Front desk gal checks a room on 3rd floor for me,,,, no heat,,,, she then send a man to check some rooms and after about 30 mins he comes back and says 576 is good

This hotel had too many issues to be considered for a future stay. Shower takes over 2 minutes to get hot, every time. Water doesn't stay hot either. Internet was extremely slow. I booked a suite and the refrigerator in my room was missing its shelves, so nothing could be stacked in it other than a couple bottles of water. It took over an hour for engineering to look at it, and I was told they don't have any extra refrigerators. So even if the hotel is sold out, they don't have extra ones at all. Needless to stay, the food I brought with me spoiled. And while the front desk said I could use the fridge in the office, that is completely inconvenient and not a proper solution to this issue at all. Positive: The rooms and pool/gym are the beast features about this hotel. the pool is indoor but in a glass room so you can feel like you are outdoors, which i find especially great in the winter Negative: the layout of this hotel means there is a LOT of walking you have to do. it's a big square with a courtyard in the middle so you have to walk the perimeter of the building. this leads to long walks at times

I’d like to give a review around my stay at the Valley Forge Sheridan. Everything was top-notch and want to make sure that I also mentioned that the staff was exemplary specifically Keisha at the café. She’s one of the hardest workers that I’ve seen and I just wanted to let the entire organization know that how excellent she is and the rest of the staff.

Brianna at the front desk has been amazing. She is patient, answers every question- even when I ask to many. My wife works at CHOP and during weather events stays at this hotel. It’s always clean and well kept but Brianna’s service takes it to the next level!
