Bait and switch? or Laziness on the employee? or We'll take your money anyway we can get it? Our original stay was for 3 nights; private emergency circumstances required us to stay another 4 nights, so we went to the front desk to extend our stay. The desk clerk could not extend our stay since we booked with a 3rd party. OK So, I asked to just do a new booking. Ok, but the clerk said it would cost more and I should return to my room and go through the 3rd party booking. Ok When I checked out, the hotel presented an invoice copy at 1 price, but my credit card was charged at a much higher price. The hotel blamed the 3rd party PRICELINE! Priceline said the hotel should not have disclosed their negotiated price and they should refund us. The rich get richer.

The room was comfortable. There was a nice couch to relax on and the bed was perfect. The shower was great. All was perfectly clean.|The only negatives were the blackout shade could of been a little wider to black out more light. I had to jingle to chain in the toilet to keep it from running a couple times. Also, I had a cup of coffee in the afternoon in the lobby that was terrible, like it has been brewed many hours earlier. There was only one regular coffee and one decaf packet for the in room coffee maker.||Overall a fine place to stay.

Front desk staff are terrible especially the one with the red wig. Worst reception ever. 3 nights were disappointing. No hot water for 1.5 days, tv/cable didn’t work and the front desk wanted me to call Comcast! What a joke! Charged me for the free nestle water, another joke! As a lifetime platinum elite member, avoid this hotel at all costs. Not worth it. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

My disappointment with this hotel is due to management. I had attempted to book a week long stay for work for the following month. It was almost 5pm on a Friday and I was in a hurry. The Marriott site reset the selected date to the current day and I didn't notice when I hit the reservation. Monday, when I realized the mistake (yes, I fully admit this was my mistake), I went back and put in the intended reservation. I'm a loyal Marriott customer and was considering this location as the recommended hotel when visiting the corporate office. I contacted the hotel 3 times to request a refund of a night that was clearly a mistaken booking, each time speaking with staff that could not help. The hotel is very nice. Everything is well lit, furnishings are clean and well maintained. The layout of the lobby is well planned to allow breakfast, and just passing through. The breakfast was very nice, the hot food was hot, the food was plentiful, the tables and serving area was kept very clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable! The added details (pillows on the couch, magnified bathroom mirror, extra electrical outlets, etc.), were a welcome bonus! We really enjoyed our stay!
