Residence Inn by Marriott King of Prussia

If you're like me and you look up "bed bugs" on Google reviews for every hotel you stay at, I can confirm as of 3/2/26 that this hotel does not have bed bugs. You may notice other hotels in the area are a risk of this. My bedding was clean and stain-free spare for one small pen ink stain, as were the couch cushions and pull-out bedding. Otherwise, I would only recommend this hotel to the deceased, because the noise from the AC was intolerable. My stay was from Friday, February 27th to Monday, March 2nd, and the entire time I was in my suite, the AC would loudly whirr and vibrate the entire side of the room it was positioned on, from the floor to the ceiling. Feels Like Home — Outstanding Long-Term Stay My wife and I stayed here for several months with our two dogs and could not have asked for better service. Scott, the Operations Manager, handled our reservation personally and made sure we had a ground-floor room to help our older dog with mobility issues. Paige at the front desk welcomed us warmly and placed us near the pool and patio — exactly what we hoped for. When my remote work needs changed, the Director of Sales quickly arranged for us to move into a one-bedroom suite, which made a big difference in comfort. The General Manager is outstanding as well — always visible, always checking that guests are happy, and even helping the staff surprise us for our 42nd wedding anniversary. The only reason this is not a one star review is the honesty of the front desk employee.||After a long travel day I arrived for the hotel and asked for a quiet room. The lobby was packed and was told the hotel was at full capacity but she could offer a room on the first floor. She noted my profile, as a Gold member, showed I preferred higher floors, but said there had been numerous noise complaints the night before on the 4th and 5th floors. I guess families were in town for some travel sports tournament in town.||She said if I had any problems to come back to the front desk. As I walked to my room I heard loud footsteps from the ceiling above (kids running the hallways) and a dog barking in the adjoining room. Stayed 1 night for business, excellent experience. The building is so new, all the decor and furnishings were spotless and it seemed like the room had never been stayed in. Friendly staff, great free breakfast, and the room was pleasant for working. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were spotless upon arrival however the lady behind the front desk was quite rude the whole trip and made housekeeping seem like a massive hassle. The rooms themselves were 10/10 comfy clean bed. Hot strong shower. Working tv. Beautiful view. A mini kitchen which was quite nice to use
