the Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton

The rooms look really nice, but this is the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel and been genuinely worried that the room was not actually cleaned between guests. We got the 1 bedroom suite. I checked in through the app and immediately had to call the front desk to have someone come up to clean the toilet as there were very obvious dried pee spots on the seat. It was pretty dark/hard to miss so they clearly just didn't look. We made do with the rest of the filth on the bathroom sink. I found a dried cut flower stem sitting on the chair at the kitchen island. There were obvious handprints on the shower glass. I lifted up the sheets to check for bedbugs and the stains on the mattress were a little horrifying, but looked like probably food stains. There were some hairs under the top sheet.

We just spent some time at a Doubletree property in Rochester for the holidays and stopped here for a few days to unwind as a family.||The front desk staff here especially Heather & Alaizya are exceptional. So friendly, welcoming, and helpful to us. They answered all of our questions and were very compassionate to our needs for accessibility. I especially loved the attention at this property to food allergies. ||Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service!

The location was great for KOP mall and Valley Forge Park. Room was nice, clean and good size. Plenty of parking, spaces close to the entrance are preferred and an extra charge but many large lots with free parking. The restaurant was really great! We both had steak and it was prepared exactly as requested, vegetables were fresh as were the Yukon gold potatoes. We were pleasantly surprised with our dinner and sent compliments to the chef! Every staff member was amazing! We had plenty of hot water, no issues whatsoever. Two adults and two dogs! We would stay again and highly recommend the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom was not cleaned when I checked in, used blade razer was in the trash can and there were no towels, it seems like housekeeping was not done on the bathroom, had to call reception to address and they did it but you can't expect from Hilton.

Great service great clean place polite staff. Still kinda creepy with the fake smiles. I wish hotels told their workers it's ok to lightly smile or at times have a straight face lol just don't walk or stand around with a frown. Cause mannnnnnn is it creepy when they have these huge smiles we all know aren't real. But yes besides the creepy smiles absolutely wonderful stay
