Great place, highly recommend. I stayed for over a week and during the first few days I was helped by Nina and Nick at reception; they were very polite and helpful. The place is very safe: my experience is that I'm a contractor and I have several tools in my truck and trailer, and because it's a private parking lot, I felt very safe here. Super clean and great beds!!! Thank you all very much for this and whenever I'm working in Sacramento I'll be here again!

Positive: Gated Negative: Low maintenance. Switch for fan in bathroom would not stay on, door lock on bathroom would not work, soap dispensers in shower broken non working

Not worth the money at all. $190/night with taxes but due to some event, other hotels were double that so we booked it. Fridge in room but no microwave. Rooms very tiny. Double beds were fulls not queen size. Uncomfortable pillows. Area was very sketchy but hotel and parking are fenced for protection. Really just bare minimum experience at too high a price!

Like the property! This place is very safe & secure. The rooms are nice but don’t have cupboards or ironing boards. The only reason for low rating is lack of customer service. I got charged for late check-out fee even though I had ended extending that night. After extension, I asked the hotel staff around 3 pm to replace my towel, which they gave me but also stated that no room cleaning on stay extensions. I really don’t understand both outcomes: in first scenario they charged me late fee and on the second they denied room service and gave me a dirty room to check-in for my fresh stay. Let me know “ Property Manager” if there are any facts that support your team’s actions?
