You could not pay me to stay here again. I was told parking would be complimentary. My partner scanned the bar code on the coupon..,which let him out of the garage, while I checked out. I noticed we were still charged on the room receipt at $40 per night. I questioned this and was quickly told don’t worry…just email us and we will fix it (Taye). Following this Ricky tells me no…it’s $40 a night unless you came only for the day and not overnight. This is not what was told to us…but also you know have two different staff saying different things…which also differs from the original person who gave out the passes. Not quite in the heart of the good part of Bethesda, but pretty close. In terms of hotels, nothing special, but met expectations re value. Clean the number one for me, good bed, foam pillows, good cleanup service, actually a steamer (which I didn’t need, but a nice amenity), good counter space in the bathroom. On the negative side, no mirror in the bedroom, a tub you have to step in to take a shower, terrible lighting, very thin and unappealing towels, basic toiletries really basic and not so great, and the heat very noisy. All in all, would consider staying here again as it meets minimum standards and in a get what you pay for world, it’s just fine.

Positive: We loved the room with a view, very clean. The room was taken care of everyday of our stay. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. It was quiet we never heard those staying in the rooms around us. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Negative: Parking was tight in the underground garage. Parking was $40 PER Night so just a 3 day weekend became very expensive for parking alone. The bed was a little too firm and the pillows could have been firmer.

I made an error when booking rooms. We stayed at the Hotel on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We needed kitchen facilities because we were going to have dinner as a family. No kitchen rooms were available. Glenise came to the rescue and provided a wonderful solution for our dilemma. Glenise was also a wonderful host during our entire stay. Thanks Glenise for saving the day

I stay in this hotel frequently while traveling up & down the coast. I love the rooms how clean they are & upscale they are especially the 1 king 1 bedroom suite. However, the parking garage is tight & has several nasty-looking stains that aren’t always cleaned properly. This is not really acceptable for such a respectable brand of hotels. While it could be that I have a wild imagination, sometimes I & presumably others wonder if these stains are body fluids… Please make sure the stains no matter what they are cleaned up in a timely manner for sanitary sake & so we can eat our pizza in peace…
