The check in process was super smooth. The attendant was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lounge that has soft drinks, chips, coffee, and TVs, and there’s a free breakfast if you have access to the lounge. Parking was easy enough and the guy looks great. Restaurant and bar on site serve food til 11. And though it’s not really close to anything, it’s a short drive from bars and restaurants

The rooms are fine, but the management needs to get a grip. I was woken at 3:45 a.m. by a loud conversation outside my room. When I eventually gave up trying to sleep through it, I stuck my head outside the door to ask people to be considerate. Three armed police officers were dealing with someone standing in the doorway of the room next door: they told me to get back in my room. The noise continued for more than hour, and the police finally left around 5 a.m. There was more commotion when the guest concerned was evicted a few hours later. Basically, it was what you might expect from a cheap motel in a rough location, not from a Marriott in an expensive residential area. ||I spoke to the manager to suggest that when they need to call the police to deal with a disruptive guest, they

While there were some issues during my stay, the manager, Samantha, was excellent and was able to make things right. I was happy to be given a high floor executive king room, however its proximity to the elevator was problematic due to vibrations and noise. Additionally, there was a large saturated bag of rotten food left in the mini fridge, leading to a bad smell. I was offered the opportunity to pay a small fee for an upgrade to a one bedroom suite. The one bedroom suite was great, besides for the fact that the AC was broken, blowing heat with it on Max Cooling. Within 25 minutes, maintenance confirmed it was broken in the whole side wing of the hotel. Positive: Beautiful room. The quite had so much space. The front desk staff and breakfast area staff were very kind. The shower and bed were amazing Negative: I do think the room could have been vacuumed alittle better. But it was overall clean.

We were a bit worried prior to|staying at this property due to so many recent negative reviews. |I have to say, I was very happy we decided to! |We came over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend for a college basketball tournament. The hotel was extremely clean, staff were great, and beds were comfortable.|The lounge access is worth every extra penny. |Full breakfast with omlette station and 24 access to sodas, waters, snacks etc |The only thing I would recommend is not having a room right off of the elevator due to the noise of it going up and down. We did the first night and asked to be moved and they immediately accommodated us|We would 100 percent stay at this property again 😊
