AC Hotel Bethesda Downtown

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the AC Hotel and their incredible team for their kindness and hospitality in supporting neighboring businesses. Our business is located directly across the street, and during the recent snowstorm and extremely freezing temperatures, our building experienced burst water pipes. This caused a complete water shutdown for the entire building for two full days. As a result, I urgently needed to find a nearby business that could accommodate restroom access for my clients. The manager at AC Hotel was exceptionally kind and understanding, and graciously allowed my clients to use their restroom facilities. The hotel staff were incredibly professional and genuinely friendly across all areas of the property. From the front desk on every shift to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, the level of customer service was exceptional. The lobby, hallways, guest room, and fitness center were all spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is both convenient and secure, with safe and easy parking. I stayed for four days and truly enjoyed my experience—I look forward to returning the next time I’m in Bethesda. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My stay at AC Hotel Bethesda Downtown was excellent from start to finish. I originally booked just one night while my wife was undergoing surgery at Suburban Hospital, but ended up extending my stay an extra day, and I’m glad I did. The hotel has a clean, modern layout with top notch amenities that made an otherwise stressful time much more comfortable. The on-site restaurant was excellent, offering quality food and a great atmosphere without having to leave the property. The rooms were especially impressive, sleek, modern, and very clean, with a design that felt both functional and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully put together. We have stayed at AC Hotel twice now and have loved the hotel each time. The staff is outstanding. Ty and Kat at the front desk handled the evening rush like the pros they are. Ty even gave us a breakfast voucher because he felt I had to wait too long. He and Kat were swamped! Reuben was outstanding during our December visit. Bianca was our server at the restaurant, and we had the most wonderful conversation about family and travels. The location is a few blocks away from the Shops in Bethesda and a short Uber to DC. It is now our favorite hotel in the DC area when we come to visit grands!
