I had such a relaxing and memorable stay celebrating my birthday at Embassy Suites! From the moment I arrived, the customer service was outstanding. The lobby staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, which immediately made me feel valued as a guest. My King Suite exceeded expectations, it was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The layout provided plenty of room to unwind, and the amenities made it easy to relax and truly enjoy the stay. I honestly found myself spending most of my time in the room because it was just that comfortable. The pool area was well maintained and inviting, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, which I really appreciated. As a lovely birthday

This is our first time at this hotel. We really liked its cleanliness and friendly staffs. Moreover, Our breakfast experience was fantastic, thanks to Milen she was so friendly, kept our coffee full, and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly great start to our day. This dedication to guest satisfaction is what makes the hotel special.

Positive: cleanness, comfort, spacious room, great breakfast Negative: This hotel DOES NOT have internet TV. It seems their mind is stocked in 1980's. The display screen of 2 out of 3 elliptical machines in fitness room did not worked.

I’m writing this review because the staff here is absolutely phenomenal. Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of speaking with the manager, Yannick, and he was amazing. I called to inquire about a room, and he welcomed all of my questions and concerns with open arms. He reassured me that the staff or himself would be available and ready to help bring my vision to life. Fast forward to today, I visited the location to view the space and get clarity on a few additional questions. I informed the staff about my prior conversation with management and they were more than willing to help. Chris and Bertha were outstanding. I was greeted with warm smiles, and they did not hesitate to assist me. They were professional, polite, attentive, and prompt throughout the entire interaction. I truly appr

We stayed here while I was in town receiving medical services and we could not have been happier with our hotel choice. Everything- from staff to rooms to amenities was 10/10. The breakfast staff were a special group who really made you feel at home. The on-site restaurant was absolutely *fantastic*. Ate there several nights and all the food was just incredible. We also loved the evening receptions. We would absolutely stay here again if we are in the area! Thanks to everyone for making our stay so warm and inviting.
