Corridors, rooms. Carpets filthy. Exude a strong smell of weed n cigarettes . Rooms have extremely strong filthy mold like smell, front desk hardly helpful- except for DC. Very limited and inconvenient parking. They charge $20 per night for parking! Room- Easier to park in the public parking on the street on back side, AC worked erratically , elevator worked until the fourth floor, for the rest, climb stairs w your bags! Felt very unsafe. Tiny bugs flying around in the room. I’d 100 % avoid this nasty place. Only good thing is its location.

Melia was so nice, friendly and professional at the front desk. Great location for the hotel. Hotel has parking.. 4 blocks from metro station and the the hotel is the middel of the city

Positive: The night clerk. He kept us informed during the fire alarm. Negative: I didn’t like the lack of parking, that I wasn’t aware of parking fees, stains on the carpet, tv wasn’t working, shower handle was broken, fire alarm went off at 3am.

Let me first start by saying you should tell people that parking is extra not just randomly charge them after the fact, found two roaches in our room, super loud heater which took forever to figure out because they have 2 thermostats on the wall which don’t control the heater anyways, elevator was out all week and was on the 4th floor too… called them told me to take it up with the Third party who booked the room about the roaches?! Really?

*Pictures don't match room* Checked in at night lobby smelt like weed. Told to park on the street overnight. Pubic hair all over the bathroom. Room was not clean, beds were poorly made. One bed didn't even have a blanket, I just used the top sheet since I sleep hot anyway. Room is loud past midnight. Will not be staying here again, would not recommend.
