SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento North

My experience was truly memorable. Twinkle at the front desk welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt comfortable and valued. She handled everything smoothly and professionally, making my stay stress-free and pleasant. The property itself was decent and well-maintained, and Ron did a very good job with housekeeping. The room was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a positive experience thanks to the great service and care.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the SureStay Plus by Best Western in Sacramento North! The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of stores within walking distance and 24/7 security that made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. I must give special praise to Ranjana, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and Rupali at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and welcoming each morning. I’d return just for their hospitality alone! Highly recommended!

This hotel is not in a great neighborhood. The room was OK. The beds were comfortable. People were smoking on the stairs, which was not allowed. Breakfast was minimal but ok.  Not very friendly in the office. Some people that were questionable were around. Just fair for the price.
