SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento Cal Expo

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We received such a warm welcome from the front desk attendant, Monica, who truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings, which was a great start to our days, and the on-site charging station was a huge plus for our rental car. The location was perfect, and Monica went above and beyond by recommending some fantastic restaurants and shopping spots nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a pleasant visit!

Positive: It's a budget hotel with breakfast. Large rooms. Negative: Would be nice if they used less fabuloso cleaner. My room has a strong cleaner smell that never went away. For the price it was an okay stay. No bugs, somewhat clean. Head boards were dirty. The shower water is lukewarm. It's a budget stay

First day today for a 5 fay stay. There is a dirty chopstick left on the top of the night desk and popcorn on the floor.|Called front desk and the answer was “no more housekeeping at this time , you got to wait tomorrow “.|If the counter and floor are dirty, what else ?|The front desk staff was so dismissive it was very frustrating.

I love this place. They even have a small concession stand / bodega for snacks. A bit pricey, but for the convenience, it's not bad. The rooms are clean, well kept, the staff is friendly and handle any needs/requests that you have quickly. They are pet friendly, and are great if you're on a budget.
