SureStay by Best Western Sacramento South Natomas

We needed two rooms last minute notice with service dog accommodations. Tracy W. was absolutely wonderful she got us checked in quickly. The rooms were clean and modern. There was a free breakfast that was very good. We had two big trucks and parking is limited, but Tracy helped us figure out safe parking. We really appreciated her help and kindness! Great place to stay!

Good inexpensive place to sleep before catching an early flight. Room was adequate but a little weathered. Parking spots are small. Restaurant across the street. Wasn't noisy the night I stayed. Close to the freeway and 10 minutes to the airport.

I have been here for a few days and Tracey is the ULTIMATE greatest. I had a situation where I need to be alone. She got my room quickly and tried to put me in a quiet space.. was so helpful the whole time there when she was working. I definitely recommend this hotel. It's not perfect but It's comfortable and clean plus free breakfast! Lol Thank you so much again Tracey!

Positive: The front desk staff for the most part was nice only one night worker was very lazy didn't wBt to help with anything Negative: The first room the gave us I checked beds for cleanliness when first going in room discovered bed bugs and a lot of trash underneath bed when I moved bed BK from wall. I went BK to desk let them know they gave me new room but only one bed

Room was tidy but bathroom was a little dirty. Receptionist was a bit rude when asking for paper towels for the downstairs bathroom. Did not end up getting any of it and they were out of toilet paper in the morning. Elevator creaked and swayed a bit. Breakfast was stocked and coffee decent. Check out was quick and easy. Parking wasn’t terrible.
