SureStay by Best Western Olathe

Positive: Not many there...nice and quiet. Negative: The refrigerator made a loud noise when it started.

Stayed here for a bit, and the office lady Tracie is AMAZING!! Everybody is great but she is so awesome! Always has a smile on her face and friendly. The rooms are great and housekeeping stays on top of them. They are clean, no bugs, and comfy beds!!! Breakfast is always good to! So if you are looking for a convenient hotel close to the highway and plenty of restaurants, gas stations and things to do then this is the place to stay!! They are also pet friendly! Thanks Tracie for everything!!! 🤗🤗

I had a very nice stay. I came here for business and it was clean and quiet. I will be staying here again in the near future.

I have used this hotel on and off, and every time I show back up Daniel is there to greet me with a smile on his face. Everything I need is always ready and if not, Daniel makes sure to get it for me. He is always professional, ready and willing to answer any and all questions you may have, very friendly, and just a fun guy to be around. I always feel very comfortable. It’s like home away from home. Jeff’s managerial skills are top notch. If I’ve ever had a complaint about anything, which I think that’s only happened once, he’s always ready and willing to jump in and handle it. Good job Jeff. I absolutely love this place. The rooms have all been great and the staff is amazing. Tracie at the front desk is always so welcoming and amazing she puts a smile on my face just getting to see her. She is extremely helpful and so welcoming. And Jeff the manager is great hes always on site working on anything he can find to work on. Always friendly and helpful. I 100 percent recommend this place
