Holiday Inn Express & Suites Olathe West by IHG

Great place to stay. I've stayed here three years in a row for training, and it's always been a great stay. It is a little costly, but you pay for the service. Breakfast is always good; the facility is clean and smells fresh. They do a good job.

This hotel is beautiful. Very modern interior. I really like the set up of the lobby it made me feel like i could actually sit there and not be in the way. The rooms have a nice amout of space, very comfortable beds. Service by staff prompt, professional, friendly with smiles. The location is phenomenal, so many things close by and access to a main highway is the best.

We are a family of three headed to a Kansas City Royals game. We chose to stay here over a downtown hotel. We were not disappointed! I’m always worried about cleanliness, and they did not disappoint. The rooms were extremely clean. They had on site laundry. They was a girls soccer team there during our stay, and we were not disrupted at all. The rooms actually have a sliding door that insulates the room from hallway noise. We thought that was quite genius. Unfortunately we did not make it down for breakfast, but were able to make a couple coffees for the road. All the staff we encountered, were friendly. We would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you for such an awesome experience!

The location near the Garmin Soccer Complex and other sports facilities make this a good place for families and teams participating. You can literally walk to the soccer fields from the hotel and not have to worry about the crazy parking during tournaments. This is a hotel often used for Stay and Play situations where the team is playing and you are required to stay at one of their partner hotels. But this is a good option. The hotel itself is newer and in really good condition. The rooms are typical size for this brand level and well worth the price point. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful and the rooms very clean. We stayed in a double Queen on the second floor. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was in very good working order. Rooms are nice. Front desk help was not friendly, nit rude but would have hurt her to smile or say thank you. I felt like I was an interruption of her down time
