La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Olathe

Had a 3 night stay with my boyfriend. Will say the room was nice and the bed very comfy. Bathroom had the necessary amenities. My issues were the sub par breakfast and the cleaning service. We had to sack our own trash up as housekeeping never once came in to do any cleaning, restock of the complimentary coffee or replace dirty towels. There were no trash bags so we did have to use Walmart bags to keep our trash going forward. And no we never used the do not disturb sign. The breakfast options were limited and the quality was very poor. Mushy tasteless eggs. Super rubbery and dry sausage links. Inedible biscuits and gravy, the gravy honestly tasted like play doh. I do appreciate the waffle/pancake makers and the condiments supplied. Addition of fresh fruit would be appreciated. For the

Late night stop during a long drive. Check-in was fast and friendly, room was clean and bed super comfy and it was quiet. The breakfast was great and the lady running it was so cheerful and kind. Appreciate that they allow dogs for $20.

Positive: Clean. Got our large group all on the same hallway. Negative: Several windows were cracked. Double beds are a little small; queen would be nicer. Overall, great place to stay!

Stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable bed spacious rooms! I didn’t go swimming but looked warm and cozy in there. Their breakfast was yummy and awakening. Every other hotel I’ve been when traveling always had bedbugs and mold everywhere, this hotel didn’t have any bugs or mold! Rooms were very clean! Room I was in had the unit making noise but we fixed it by just shutting it off and getting our own fan lol. Highly recommend this hotel to stay!

Stayed in December from 23-25 in 2026 the room had two separate bedrooms and was very spacious and clean. The indoor pool very very warm and I also used there washer and dryer work perfect. The early morning breakfast is cooked and hot ready to choose from array of things.
