Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Olathe

Excellent hotel with the greatest water pressure, I even washed my hair! The staff were super helpful and the rooms were very cozy. Ask for a room facing the East and keep your curtains open if you’re on a higher floor.. the sunrises blew this Florida Girl’s mind!! Fantastic location with convenient places to eat and get groceries. I came for a volleyball tournament and would recommend this hotel over and over again!!

This is a really nice hotel. Some say the Hilton branded hotels have gone downhill recently, but this hotel is AMAZING!||Due to our stay being over the holidays, we could not take advantage of the restaurant or bar, but the prices seemed appropriate and affordable.||The rooms were spacious and the TV channel selection and service were better than most Hilton branded hotels today.||The breakfast at Embassy Suites is always good, but this particular one has a pancake machine, I have never seen that before.||The only negative was the accessible room. With the high lip for the shower it was still inaccessible for my spouse who cannot walk at this time.||I will definitely stay here again in the future.

After almost a year and a half refraining and shying away from any Hilton because of a horrible experience at a Homewood Suite, New Braunfels TX due to substandard housekeeping and terrible management, decided to give Hilton a second chance. From the moment arrived, received a warm welcome from Cole and loved his choice of suite. Was comfortable and beautiful as promised. Housekeeping was outstanding and worked around my crazy schedule. The assistant received by Benny was very helpful. I actually enjoyed the BS restaurant and ate there almost everyday. Location was excellent and accessible to all my needs. Sincerest gratitude to all those hardworking staff that kept this place feels home away from home.

Positive: Room was clean and the free breakfast was wonderful. The staff for the buffet were also wonderful and polite. Negative: Your desk clerk was very rude and on her personal phone every time we came to the desk. The amt of kids running around the hotel, knocking on all the doors, yelling, and playing football in the hall was ridiculous. Couch broken, rm smelled like chlorine.

Was very close to where I needed to go for surgery. We stayed for 8 nights. The lobby was gorgeous. The room was very nice overall. We loved that we had a sitting room and a bedroom, plus a spacious bathroom. The water was always hot and nice pressure. They have an awesome complimentary breakfast complete with build your own omelets. They also have an evening reception every night with some snacks and a couple complimentary drinks. My one complaint is sometimes we had to ask for maid service, which noone spoke english. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here. Very pleasant experience.
