Hampton Inn Olathe

I tend to have a lot of business travel, but rarely do I feel compelled to write a review. This hotel has some of the most welcoming staff I've encountered. Jordan checked me in for 3 of my visits and he has consistently provided top tier service. The breakfast staff keeps the area clean and well stocked and they are also very helpful. The rooms are well maintained, clean and comfortable. I will absolutely return to this hotel for future visits to the area.

Positive: Hotel employee was the staff member that evening when we checked in and he was amazing and very helpful Negative: The hotel was under construction and we had a 16 foot trailer on our truck to try to park. There were 2 storage containers taking up at least 6 parking spots There is not nearly enough parking at this hotel even if the whole lot was available

The beds could have been a little more comfy but I slept great! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also ideal with lots of shopping, fuel, and dining options close by. Our only complaint was that around 8am each morning, whoever showered ran out of hot water within a couple minutes. That should never happen in a big hotel like this one..

I can't say enough good about this hotel. My friends (2 other women) and myself stayed for two nights. The other two travel a lot! I do too but not quite as much as they do. They also are VERY picky about the hotels they stay in. I must say that EVERYONE in my group loved this hotel and would stay there again. The entire hotel was very clean including the room. The beds were super comfy! I liked the pillows but my friend didn't. That was the only complaint that any of us had this whole stay. We all went down and had breakfast and really liked it. I was eager to try the cinnamon waffles. They were delicious as was everything else on the breakfast bar. For hot items, they had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, oatmeal and biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy were delicious.

What an amazing experience! We arrived extremely exhausted after working all day. Our first contact was with Jordan. He was a breath of fresh air. He welcomed us like family. My husband got a text in the morning from Sam saying good morning and welcome to the hotel. We later interacted with her and another great experience. We came to town for medical reasons. We vowed that we would be back for our next visit.
