Super Inn Lansing

Positive: Nothing. Place was so disgusting and unsafe (the door to the room did not even have a lock) that I didn't even stay. I want a full refund. Negative: Everything.

Had to stop here for 2 night, tv didn't want to work so I unplugged it and plugged in then it was fine. The bed frames were falling apart like the side center support was kicking out. Rooms are massively bare minimum.

When we first got here the person at front desk was nice. When we got to our room roaches and bed bugs. When we told them about the bed bugs they were going to move us to a different room and now they told us we need to leave tomorrow. Shower don’t work very good the plastic edge around the bathroom floor is ripping from the wall. Shower curtain has mold on it. Don’t come stay here.

The only positive thing I can say is the location was near a lot of things. || It was a disaster from the time I arrived. The entrance to the hotel was difficult to get into. When I checked in the man didn’t tell me the room I reserved wasn’t available. I get to the room, it looked like it had been opened with a crowbar, it smelled, there wasn’t a light bulb, I used my flashlight on the phone and when I saw the room I was a hundred percent sure I couldn’t stay there. The attendant was ruled when I told him that wasn’t the room I booked and it was unacceptable. ||I called Oyo because that’s who I booked with and they were no help at all! They lied and said, I’d be refunded but three weeks later they said, they couldn’t due to policy. |I did get my money back, I filed a dispute with my ba

I stayed at Super Inn Lansing in October 2025 for one night, and it was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The only good thing about this place is that it’s close to stores and restaurants — everything else was awful. The room was the same temperature as outside (around 40°) because the heater didn’t work. I told the staff I didn’t want to pay full price for a freezing room, and they moved me to another room that had the exact same issues. The bedding had brown stains, there were crumbs on the beds and floor, hair in the shower, and bugs flying around. The TV didn’t work, the paint was chipping, and the walls were stained. Only two towels were provided for a room that was supposed to fit four people, and there was no soap or security lock on the door. None of the staff sp
