Hyatt Place Lansing – East

I was here at a business trip. Nice clean hotel and good for business travel. Breakfast is included. Limited menu for lunch and dinner. Staff were friendly. But it's odd that the front desk staff are also those who cook your meals. Unfortunately, the temperature in my room was at 76° and I could not get it to cool down, had to run the air conditioning in February to try and cool it. Spacious room and bathroom.

Great hotel. Everything was clean and up to date. Nice pool too. Highly recommended for team sports traveling. Mr. Willis at the front desk was so welcoming and kind when we checked in!

Everyone at the Hotel is very professional and helpful. A special thank you to Ashley, Claudia, Tracy and Emily for always helping out when we needed anything. . We were always greeted when we came into the Hotel. They made our long term stay very comfortable. It is very clean and comfortable and a great location. We would recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The room I got was very spacious. I had a mini kitchen and living room along with the TV doing a 360. The bathroom was very nice it was like a mini house. The staff was very understanding and fixed things on their end to get my reservation active. I recommend this hotel and look forward to going again in the near future.
